Please email support@propersoft.net and specify if you are using a PC or Mac, which accounting software you are importing into (Quickbooks, Quicken, XERO, Quickbooks online, etc), and its version/year/country and PC/Widnwos or Mac/macOS (for example, Quickbooks 2024 US on Windows 11) and describe the issue. If possible, please send the files you need to convert and create files.
